Gold Coast Bariatric Surgery is now officially designated by the Surgical Review Corporation as a Center of Excellence
for bariatric surgery. Only surgeons and hospitals with significant experience in weight loss surgery and comprehensive
care programs proven to provide the best outcomes are allowed this designation. Medicare and many other insurance
providers will only pay for surgeries performed at Centers of Excellence.
We now offer the Realize adjustable gastric band as an alternative to the Lap Band product. (www.realizeband.com)
